Dr. Scales is very passionate and caring. She never makes the visit seem rushed. Most of the time, I only see her for an annual physical. Unfortunately, it's hard to be seen in the office for several weeks out for sinus infections, etc., and a visit to an urgent care doctor needs to be made.
